Office Hours & Doctors' Schedules

Our office hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday -Thursday, and 8:00 AM to Noon on alternating Fridays.

Providers are at lunch from Noon to 1:00 PM.

Our new schedule is as follows.

Dr. Waltemath is here Monday - Thursday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Dr. Keenan is here Monday -  Thursday 1:00 - 5:00 PM;

Dr. Parkes will be here Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and on alternating Fridays he will be here from 8:00 AM - Noon.

In case of a dental emergency, please call the office (615) 298-2040 and you will be given instructions about what numbers to call.  Someone is always on call when the office is closed.  We do not want patients to suffer any longer than necessary in emergencies.

  Cancellation Policy

We do ask our patients to give us a 24 hour notice, when possible, if you need to cancel an appointment.  Patients who habitually cancel appointments or who cancel without 24 hours' notice are subject to a failed appointment charge of $25.  Our office does not double book.  We reserve time especially for you.
